Course Booking & Cancellation Terms and Conditions

All course fees must be paid prior to the training taking place unless a trade account is in existence with at the time of booking. The company reserves its rights to exclude any delegate from the course in the event of fees not having been paid.

The company may cancel any course at any time but will endeavour to provide the client with at least 7 days' notice of cancellation except in the case of trainer ill health or adverse weather conditions making the course unsafe to run. Any fees paid will be refunded in full to the client. The extent of liability for cancellation of any course is specifically limited to any course fee paid.

All cancellations by the client must be notified to the company in writing or email. The company reserves the right to impose cancellation charges as follows. Cancellation within 7 days 50% of the fee. Cancellation within 3 days 75% of the fee. Cancellation within 1 day or on the day 100% of the fee.

The company will provide lecturers suitably qualified and experienced to the course subject and will take all reasonable care to ensure that the presentation and content is made in a professional and competent manner and to a standard appropriate to the course.

All facilities, course materials and equipment will be provided for use by the delegates for the duration of the course unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the individual course booking form for items required to be provided by each delegate. The company will not be liable for any materials or equipment brought onto its premises or provided by the client.

Ownership of and copyright in all course material and documents shall remain with the company. Delegates may use such material and documents for their own personal use and such material shall not be copied, given, sold, assigned or otherwise transferred in whole or in part to any third party without the express written consent of the company.

The client accepts responsibility in full for the conduct and actions of the delegates whilst on the course and will indemnify the company against any loss, material or personal injury, to its property, employees or agents.

The extent of the liability of the company for failure to meet its obligations shall be limited to the costs of the course fee only.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The company means YHC Hire Services Ltd.

The client means the individual or organisation from whom the booking is received.

The delegate means the person(s) attending the course.
